My 10 year young son saw the new 2008 Heritage Softail for the first time and asked "Dad is that really your bike"? I said "Nope, it's our bike"! He then turned and said "Nice bike Dad". After that it matters not what you paid! I want to Thank Nick for being more than just a salesman. You made us feel welcome like we belonged there. Why would you go anywhere else?
I didn't expect to be a repeat customer so soon, but I bought my wife her 1st bike last week a pearl yellow 1200 custom sportster, & I got jealous. I tried to get her to buy this (fxdyna Street Bob) but she said it was to big for her-in the back of my mind I wanted her to get it so I could ride it, well a week later I traded in my bike & bought that Street Bob, now we both got new bikes. Again Greg was great taking care of everything for us- he's a true asset to the company. This is our 3rd bike from Buffalo Harley, they treated us like gold, why would you go anywhere else?

Brought my wife's Wide Glide in for service, we heard a loud knocking noise from the motor, Greg and the service dept looked it over and determined after looking at the cams and the cam bearings etc. It was a loose exhaust pipe, but when the road tested it they found that it didn't handle very well, and advised me that it needed a new head bearing adjusting washer, I didn't realize this as I don't ride my wife's bike. But thanks to Greg and the Service Dept it was taken care of, and now the bike handles as it should, a big thanks to Greg and all involved.

Walked in looking at bikes. Was greeted by Max and I explained to him I wasn't going to buy a bike but I was just looking and wishing. I currently ride an 03 Sportster 883 and I want to upgrade but I just can't yet. That did not stop max from treating me like a customer who was ready to buy. He took the time to talk to me and help me decide what bike would be best for me when I am ready to buy. There was no pressure and he didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. When I am ready to buy I will definitely go back and visit Max. The girls in merchandise are also very friendly. Thanks everyone at Buffalo Harley.

Had such a great experience at the Orchard Park store. First contacted Greg via email. Got my financing that way and picked out the bike. Went to see it and Greg was very accommodating. Once again Buffalo Harley exceeded in awesome service! Having my bike towed from another Dealership who could not even simply diagnose my problem in a few days, Buffalo Harley took a few minutes to do a quick look over and had the problem solved, corrected and fixed in less than ten minutes and I was on the road again!

Thank you so much for the service i received at Buffalo Harley. Although i purchased a used other bike, the friendliness and service i received from John and Marcy was great. I haven't been on a bike in over 30 yrs and john was kind enough to drop the bike off at my house until i had got my license and got comfortable with riding again, well within a week i got my license and been riding my bike everyday now, John was right it's like riding a bicycle you never lose it. Thank You!!!!

We will be back in the future
During the week of Thanksgiving, we stopped in to visit a friend living in Buffalo and wanted to come by the Harley dealer to get a few items. We were helped by Jen- the retail manager from Orchard park store, as she mentioned the Buffalo store was short handed at the moment. Jen went above and beyond to assist with our purchase. One of the items we purchased was a "Christmas Snow globe", with 2013 on it. When we returned home to Neosho, Missouri we went to pull the globe out of the box to find it was busted, still in the package.I then called her and explained what had happened, and again she went above and beyond and found us another snow globe and had it shipped out right away to us, at no additional charge. My wife and I buy a dated Christmas ornament every year, and we are happy that Buffalo Harley and Jenn put that extra effort into making it an enjoyable visit to Buffalo. We will be back in the future.

I went in there just to look, not to buy. Everyone in the building made me feel at home, helping me find bikes that would be right for me when I was ready to buy one. I didn't leave with a Harley, but I did leave thinking it was some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. When I am ready to buy, I know where I'm buying from.
